In order to provide services to those persons who are not able to travel long distances to LIHP's offices, LIHP has established, through the support and assistance of our banking partner Citi, a mobile counseling program called "HOME".

Towns and Villages have provided private office space to allow LIHP to provide mortgage counseling sessions locally.
Pre-purchase counseling for potential home buyers, reverse mortgage counseling for seniors and default counseling, for those experiencing challenges keeping their homes, are all provided in your local community.
