Under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), the Long Island Housing Partnership purchases foreclosed homes, rehabilitates them, and offers them at affordable prices to first-time homebuyers.

Homes are available in Suffolk County -- (Central Islip, Mastic, Mastic Beach, Shirley, Huntington Station), Town of Babylon -- (North Amityville and Wyandanch), Town of Islip -- (Bay Shore).
