The Cornerstone Yorkshire is an 80-unit rental complex containing 8 Affordable Units consisting of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The Cornerstone Yorkshire is a luxurious, chic, sophisticated apartment complex lcoated at 5 Freer Street (te site of the former Capri Lynbrook Motor Inn) in the Village of Lynbrook, close to downtown Lynbrook. The complex is professionally managed with modern fitness center, clubroom, courtyard and parking on-site. Each unit will be adorned with high end finishes including open floorplans, stainless appliances, high ceilings, Quartz counters, washer/dryer, central air conditioning and other amenities.

The Long Island Housing Partnership (LIHP), in cooperation with The Cornerstone Yorkshire, LLC (the “Owner”) and the Village of Lynbrook, is please to announce that it is accepting First-Come First-Served applications for two (2) Studio affordable rental units (the “Affordable Units”) in Lynbrook, New York. The Affordable Units are part of a larger rental complex containing 80 units known as “The Cornerstone Yorkshire”.

The Cornerstone Yorkshire is a luxurious, chic, sophisticated apartment complex located at 5 Freer Street (the site of the former Capri Lynbrook Manor Motor Inn) in the Village of Lynbrook, close to downtown Lynbrook.

Pursuant to municipal requirements, the Affordable Units will be available to households with incomes that do not exceed 80% of the HUD AMI as set forth below. Income limits are subject to changes as per HUD.

LIHP IS NEITHER THE OWNER, LANDLORD, MANAGER OR LEASING AGENT. FINAL ELIGIBILITY FOR TENANCY AND OCCUPANCY IS THE SOLE DETERMINATION OF THE OWNER. LIHP’S ROLE IS LIMITED TO INCOME QUALIFYING APPLICANTS. ANY REQUEST FOR A REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION REGARDING ANY UNIT MUST BE CONVEYED TO AND PROCESSED BY THE OWNER.
