The Long Island Housing Partnership (LIHP), in cooperation with Heatherwood House at Holbrook, LLC (the "Owner") is pleased to announce that it is accepting First-Come, First-Served Applications for affordable one-bedroom rental units (the "Affordable Units") in Holbrook, New York. The Affordable Units are part of a larger rental complex known as "Heatherwood Hillcrest Village". The affordable apartments are located within a 42-unit rental complex known as Heatherwood Hillcrest Village, located at 865 Broadway Avenue, Holbrook, NY. Heatherwood Hillcrest Villages is a luxury apartment community offering amenities such as an outdoor pool. One bedrooms are available to households earning up to 80% of the HUD Area Media Income (AMI), as applicable.
