Rent Pursuant to Owner/Municipality requirements, the initial rents for each unit are below and include a utility allowance. Rents are adjusted annually and rents are subject to increase accordingly. Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities. The initial rents are set as follows:

Middle Country Meadows, LLC (the “Owner”) is now accepting Applications, on a first-come first-served basis, for new affordable senior rental units (the “Affordable Units”) in Selden, New York within the rental complex known as “Middle Country Meadows”.
Pursuant to Town of Brookhaven requirements, the Affordable Units will be available to households with incomes that do not exceed 80% of the HUD Nassau/Suffolk area median as set forth below based upon unit type.
APPLICATIONS FOR RESIDENCY MUST BE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO OWNER AND NOT TO LIHP

APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE via the owners processing website. At the time of application, a $20 online payment is required for credit/background screening. To receive an application, please contact the owner directly at 631-320-4222 or email jeanine@northwindgroup.com
DO NOT SUBMIT THE APPLICATION TO LIHP. IT MUST BE SENT TO THE OWNER DIRECTLY.
NOTE: Owner requires the following documentation to be submitted with the Application:
1) Three months of bank statements
2) Two most recent paystubs or W2s
3) Proof of voucher, or any supporting documentation to prove income
