LOTTERY APPLICATION DEADLINE: 5PM JULY 7, 2025 The Long Island Housing Partnership (LIHP), in cooperation with 43-47 Broadway Realty LLC (the "Owner") is pleased to announce that it is accepting Lottery Applications for twenty (20) new affordable rental units (the "Affordable Units") in the Village of Lynbrook, New York within the rental complex known as "The Langdon". A lottery will be held to establish the order in which applicants will be reviewed for eligibility. The Langdon is a beautiful 201-unit mixed use rental development containing twenty (20) Affordable Units consisting of six (6) studios, eleven (11) 1-bedroom and three (3) 2-bedroom units located at 47 Broadway in the Village of Lynbrook, directly across from the LIRR. Pursuant to municipal requirements, the Affordable Units will be available to households with incomes that do not exceed 80% of the HUD AMI as set forth below.
