Our counselors have helped thousands of first-time homebuyers get affordable mortgage financing over the past three decades.

The first step to homeownership is to attend our free Orientation for First Time Homebuyers live webinar. The Orientation will provide information regarding the steps to homeownership including, affordability, the importance of credit, available grants and the mortgage lending process.

Once you attend an Orientation, you will have the opportunity to set up a one-on-one mortgage counseling appointment with one of our certified mortgage counselors.

All Orientations and Counseling sessions are provide via Zoom.

Appointments for one-on-one mortgage counseling are available Monday to Friday and generally take one to two hours. We offer language assistance including translation and/or oral interpretation services.

We are currently running Orientation sessions every 3rd Friday of the month, via Zoom. The sessions are capped at a maximum of 125 registrants. You will select the date/time Session you choose to attend when completing your Orientation packet using the link below.

If you would like to attend our Orientation, you must complete the required Orientation packet online, in order to receive the login information for the session. As our sessions are capped at a maximum of 125 registrants, please complete your packet and submit asap. Once we reach our cap, and you have not submitted your packet, you will be required to reschedule and register for a future session.
