TOWN OF BABYLON RESIDENTS ONLY! The Town of Babylon Community Development Agency (the "Town") Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program (the "Program") is intended to aid extremely-low income households who are in rental arrears to help residents regain housing stability and prevent homelessness. The Long Island Housing Partnership ("LIHP") has been retained to administer the Program. The funds are provided through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"), pursuant to the American Rescue Plan.

There are limited funds available. The program will be first-come first-served basis until the funds are exhausted.

APPLICATIONS MAY ONLY BE SUBMITTED BEGINNING ON DECEMBER 18, 2023.
THE SUBMISSION PERIOD WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
