Employees of LIHP and their immediate family members are precluded from participating in the program.

The Cornerstone Westbury, LLC (the “Owner”) is now accepting Applications, on a first-come first-served basis, for two (2) affordable rental units (the “Affordable Units”) in the Village of Westbury within the rental complex known as “The Cornerstone Westbury.”
Applicants must have household with incomes that do not exceed 80% of the HUD Nassau/Suffolk area median income as set forth below.
ALL PROGRAM GUIDELINES APPLY.
APPLICATIONS FOR RESIDENCY MUST BE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO OWNER AND NOT TO LIHP

Applications may be submitted as follows to Owner:
- By hand-delivery or mail to: 425 Railroad Ave Westbury NY 11590; or
- By email to cswestburymgr@greystar.com or cornerstonewestbury@greystar.com
DO NOT SUBMIT THE APPLICATION TO LIHP. IT MUST BE SENT TO THE OWNER DIRECTLY.
NOTE: Owner requires the following documentation to be submitted with the Application:
- Two months of consecutive paystubs and or bank statements.
- Copy of photo I.D.
- Money order (made out to Cornerstone Westbury LLC) in the amount of $20.00 per applicant for tenant screening costs.
APPLICANTS ARE ADVISED THAT IF APRROVED BY OWNER, APPLICANTS MUST THEN BE REVIEWED FOR INCOME ELIGIBILITY BY LIHP.
