The Long Island Housing Partnership (LIHP), in cooperation with Beechwood Yaphank 2 LLC (the "Sponsor") and the Town of Brookhaven, is pleased to announce that it is accepting Lottery Applications for up to 16 new affordable 2-bedroom condominium townhome units (the "Affordable Units") in Yaphank, New York. The Affordable Units are part of a larger condominium complex known as "Country Pointe Preserve".
