APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED BASIS STARTING 9:00 AM ON JUNE 9, 2026. THE APPLICATION PERIOD WILL BE OPEN UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PLEASE CONSULT LIHP’S WEBSITE FOR UPDATED INFORMATION. FCFS APPLICATIONS AND ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION MAY ONLY BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED ONLINE AT https://www.lihp.org/project/dongan-trails. THERE IS A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE TO APPLY.

Pursuant to Town requirements, the home will be available to first-time home buyers with household incomes that do not exceed 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Nassau/Suffolk County, adjusted for household size, as determined by HUD. Additional eligibility requirements apply as set forth in the Program Guidelines.

Purchase Price

Pursuant to Town requirements, the purchase price of the home is $443,625.
