The Long Island Housing Partnership (LIHP), in cooperation with Fairfield Cornerstone LLC (the "Owner"), is pleased to announce that it is accepting First-Come, First-Served Applications for affordable 1 Studio rental unit (the "Affordable Unit") in Farmingdale, New York. The complex contains 42 units overall with 4 units being the Affordable Units. It is in the heart of the charming, eclectic village of Farmingdale and minutes from Main Street shopping, dining and entertainment. The historic Farmingdale Railroad Station is within walking distance and the direct trip to New York City Penn Station in under an hour.
