The Long Island Housing Partnership (LIHP), in cooperation with R SQUARED PATCHOGUE LLC (the “Owner”), the Town of Brookhaven (the “Town”), and the County of Suffolk, is pleased to announce that it is accepting Lottery Applications for fourteen (14) new affordable rental units (the “Affordable Units”) in Patchogue within the rental complex known as “Greybarn Patchogue.” A lottery will be held to establish the order in which applicants will be reviewed for eligibility.

Pursuant to municipal requirements, the Affordable Units will be available to households with incomes that do not exceed 50%, 80% and 120%, as applicable, of the HUD AMI as set forth below based upon household size.
*Some units are regulated by the Town and some are regulated by the Town of Brookhaven Industrial Development Agency. The rents vary depending upon the agency regulating the units.

LIHP IS NEITHER THE OWNER, MANAGER, LANDLORD OR LEASING AGENT. FINAL ELIGIBILITY FOR TENANCY AND OCCUPANCY IS THE SOLE DETERMINATION OF THE OWNER. LIHP’S ROLE IS LIMITED TO QUALIFYING APPLICANTS FOR MAXIMUM INCOME. ANY REQUEST FOR A REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION REGARDING ANY UNIT MUST BE CONVEYED TO AND PROCESSED BY THE OWNER.
