The Long Island Housing Partnership (LIHP), in cooperation with Heatherwood Golf and Villas LLC (the “Owner”) and the Town of Brookhaven, is pleased to announce that is is accepting First-Come, First-Served Applications for one 3-bedroom senior affordable rental unit (the “Affordable Unit”) located within the complex known as “Heritage Spy Ring Golf Club”. Heritage Spy Ring Golf Club is located at 303 Arrowhead Lane in South Setauket, New York and is part of a larger community containing 200 units.
Heritage Spy Ring Golf Club is focused on luxury lifestyle and amenities and is surrounded by a 9-hole public golf course. The community offers amenities such as a clubhouse, indoor fitness center, pool, bocce ball, tennis and pickleball courts and an outdoor cucina. It is a smoke-free facility.
Pursuant to Town requirements, the Affordable Unit will be available to households with incomes that do not exceed 120% of the HUD Nassau/Suffolk area median income as set forth below. Income limits are subject to change as per HUD.
LIHP IS NEITHER THE OWNER, LANDLORD, MANAGER OR LEASING AGENT. FINAL ELIGIBILITY FOR TENANCY AND OCCUPANCY IS THE SOLE DETERMINATION OF THE OWNER. LIHP’S ROLE IS LIMITED TO INCOME QUALIFYING APPLICANTS. ANY REQUEST FOR A REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION REGARDING ANY UNIT MUST BE CONVEYED TO AND PROCESSED BY THE OWNER.
