Port Development LLC (the "Owner"), is now accepting Applications, on a first-come first-served basis, for a new affordable one-bedroom rental units (the "Affordable Units" in the Village of Port Jefferson, New York within the rental complex known as "One North". Pursuant to Village requirements, the Affordable Units will be available to households with incomes that do not exceed 80% of the HUD AMI as set forth below based upon unit type. Income limits are subject to change.
