One North Affordable Rental Housing Program
Port Development LLC (the "Owner"), is now accepting Applications, on a first-come first-served basis, for a new affordable one-bedroom rental units (the "Affordable Units" in the Village of Port Jefferson, New York within the rental complex known as "One North".
Pursuant to Village requirements, the Affordable Units will be available to households with incomes that do not exceed 80% of the HUD AMI as set forth below based upon unit type. Income limits are subject to change.

The Application must be delivered by mail, in-person, or by email to Owner at:

NOTE: Owner requires the following documentation to be submitted with the Application:
1) Three months of consecutive paystubs
2) One month of bank statement
3) Copy of photo I.D.
4) $20 application fee per applicant over the age of 18APPLICANTS ARE ADVISED THAT IF APPROVED BY OWNER, APPLICANTS MUST THEN BE REVIEWED FOR INCOME ELIGIBILITY BY LIHP.
PLEASE CONSULT THE PROGRAM GUIDELINES FOR ALL PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS. SUBMISSION OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION OR DETERMINATION OF INCOME ELIGIBILITY DOES NOT GUARANTEE ELIGIBLITY OF A UNIT.

LIHP’S ROLE IS LIMITED TO INCOME QUALIFYING APPLICANTS. ANY REQUEST FOR A REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION REGARDING ANY UNIT MUST BE CONVEYED TO AND PROCESSED BY THE OWNER
