Sutton Landing at Patchogue Affordable Rental Housing Program

HSRE-EB East Patchogue, LLC ("the Owner") is now accepting Applications, on a first-come first-served basis, for one (1) 2-bedroom affordable rental unit (the "Affordable Unit") in Patchogue, New York within the complex known as "Sutton Landing at Patchogue". Pursuant to Town requirements, the Affordable Units will be available to households with incomes that do not exceed 50% of the HUD AMI as set forth below based upon unit type.

APPLICATIONS FOR RESIDENCY
MUST BE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO OWNER AND NOT TO LIHP

The Owner’s Application for Residency is available by contacting Owner directly at 631-310-5700 or emailing at patchoguemanager@suttonlanding.com.

The Application must be delivered by mail, in-person, or by email to Owner at:

DO NOT SUBMIT THE APPLICATION TO LIHP.
THEY MUST BE SENT TO THE OWNER DIRECTLY.

NOTE: Owner requires the following documentation to be submitted with the Application:
1) One month of consecutive paystubs
2) Three months bank statements
3) Copy of photo I.D.
4) Money order or check (made out to Sutton Landing at Patchogue) in the amount of $20.00 per applicant for tenant screening costs.

The Long Island Housing Partnership, Inc. (“LIHP”) is retained by Owner in a limited capacity to review applicant maximum income eligibility.

APPLICANTS ARE ADVISED THAT IF APPROVED BY OWNER, APPLICANTS MUST THEN BE REVIEWED FOR INCOME ELIGIBILITY BY LIHP.

LIHP IS NEITHER THE OWNER, LANDLORD, MANAGER OR LEASING AGENT. FINAL ELIGIBILITY FOR TENANCY AND OCCUPANCY IS THE SOLE DETERMINATION OF THE OWNER. LIHP’S ROLE IS LIMITED TO INCOME QUALIFYING APPLICANTS. ANY REQUEST FOR A REASONABLE ACCOMODATION REGARDING ANY UNIT MUST BE CONVEYED TO AND PROCESSED BY THE OWNER.

PLEASE CONSULT THE PROGRAM GUIDELINES FOR ALL PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS. SUBMISSION OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION OR DETERMINATION OF INCOME ELIGIBILITY DOES NOT GUARANTEE ELIGIBILITY FOR A UNIT. ONCE APPROVED BY OWNER, APPLICANT MUST BE REVIEWED FOR INCOME ELIGIBILITY BY LIHP.
