Woolworth Building is offering 19 rental apartments. The rental units will be available to eligible applicants at affordable rents.

This development is located at 128 East Main Street in downtown Riverhead. There will be ample on-site parking, on-site laundry facility and special rates offered to residents for the new Health Club located on the ground floor. The development is located on Main Street in Historic downtown Riverhead with convenient access to restaurants, the aquarium and newly renovated Suffolk Theater.

Woolworth Revitalization LLC (the “Owner”) is now accepting Applications, on a first-come first-served basis, for affordable rental units (the “Affordable Units”) in Riverhead, NY within the rental complex known as “Woolworth Building.”

ALL PROGRAM GUIDELINES APPLY

APPLICATIONS FOR RESIDENCY MUST BE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO OWNER AND NOT TO LIHP

The Owner’s Application for Residency is available by going online to website woolworthapartments.com  and sending completed applications to info@woolworthapartments.com

Once an apartment is available the Owner will contact you by email and will then require a $20.00 (twenty dollar) credit check fee. All applications are subject to credit check score of 620 or above.

APPLICANTS ARE ADVISED THAT IF APRROVED BY OWNER, APPLICANTS MUST THEN BE REVIEWED FOR INCOME ELIGIBILITY BY LIHP.
