LIHP is partnering with the Southampton Housing Authority on 11 new single-family homes in the Town of Southampton. The homes will be available for approximately $152.000.

Plans call for universal designed Energy-star certified homes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Homes will feature a full basement, hardwood and tile floors, carpeting and appliances.

Wildwood Estates at Holtsville, is a new condominium development offering 16 new units to eligible first-time homebuyers. This development includes two-bedroom, one bath condos available for $185,000 and $200,000. There will be two 3 bedroom, one-and-a-half bath ranch style homes available for approximately $155,000. The remainder eight homes will be 4 bedroom, 2 bath colonial style homes available for approximately $165,000. These homes will be available to qualified first-time homebuyers.

Each home will feature a one-car garage, tile floor, carpeting and appliances. All homes will come with a one-year warranty provided by the builder. Applications are currently being accepted on a first-come first-served basis.
