Apartments will be offered to eligible households that earn 120% of the area median income, adjusted for household size (please see below for income restrictions). Rents have been set by the owner at $2550.

Eligible applicants will be determined through a lottery process. In order to participate in the Village Square Affordable Rental Housing Program, an applicant must meet all the requirements described within the Program Guidelines. If your number is reached on the lottery list, you will be sent a formal application to complete.

The application period has now closed and no further applications are being accepted at this time.

Woolworth Building is offering 19 rental apartments. The rental units will be available to eligible applicants at affordable rents.

This development is located at 128 East Main Street in downtown Riverhead. There will be ample on-site parking, on-site laundry facility and special rates offered to residents for the new Health Club located on the ground floor. The development is located on Main Street in Historic downtown Riverhead with convenient access to restaurants, the aquarium and newly renovated Suffolk Theater.
